1) Discuss the benefits of situational leadership.
(Hint: Explain how managers react in a particular situation)

Situational leadership is a very flexible leadership style in which a manager in an organization can adjust his leadership style to the needs of the employees at any given situation. This is also one of the great benefits of situational leadership, the manager can pinpoint an employee’s needs and help him on the right direction to complete corresponding tasks. The benefit of the results is that it will help the employees improve their work performance which in turn will further the organization’s goals.
Situational leadership is quite motivational. In this type of leadership managers tend to focus on their workers and if need be help them through a rough time in their lives and boost their moral wich will in turn boost the work moral. They will create a very supportive environment for them and lead them in the right direction. As you can see this leadership has a strong manager and employee relationship.
